Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Title 14 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 14-155 to read as follows: �14-155. Right of way arrests. a. The commissioner shall post on the department website, beginning October 15, 2015 and within 15 days of each quarter thereafter, quarterly reports regarding the number of arrests made for violations of section 19-190 of the code. �2.
