Report on the educational continuity of children in foster care.

Summary
The bill would require the Administration for Children’s Services to submit to the Speaker of the Council and post on its website annual reports on the educational stability of children in foster care. The reports would include the percentage in children in foster care who remained in their school of origin upon their initial entry into foster care and who remained in their school of origin after transferring foster homes, the percentage of children in foster care who did not return to their school of origin due, and the average school attendance rates of children in foster care.
