Summary
The bill would require the Administration for Children’s Services to submit to the Speaker of the Council and post on its website annual reports on permanency indicators for children in foster care. The annual reports would include the rate or abuse and neglect of children in foster care and the rate of recurring abuse and neglect, the rate of children who achieve permanent in certain designated time frames, the rate of retunes to foster care after a previous discharge, the placement stability rate and the rate of children who are absent without leave from care.
