Summary
This bill would require the Department of Transportation to study the feasibility of powering street lamps with solar energy. If the Department deems any options feasible, the Department would be required to conduct a pilot project to implement solar-powered street lamps on a small scale. The bill would require the Department to report to the Mayor and the Council on both the feasibility study and any pilot conducted.
