Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Title 22 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new chapter 10 to read as follows: CHAPTER 10 SMALL BUSINESSES � 22-1001 Definitions. � 22-1002 Online business supports. � 22-1001 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings: Commissioner. The term "commissioner" means the commissioner of small business services. Department. The term "department" means the department of small business services. � 22-1002 Online business supports. a. The commissioner shall post on the city's website online business tools and resources, including but not limited to: 1. Tools provided by the department, which may include accounting, recordkeeping and bookkeeping resources; and 2. Such other tools and resources as the commissioner may deem appropriate. b. This section shall not be construed to create a private right of action to enforce its provisions or against the city for any action taken to comply with this section. � 2.
