Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Chapter 1 of title 14 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 14-171 to read as follows: � 14-171 Towing of motor vehicles. No later than 30 days after receiving a complaint about a motor vehicle parked on a public street without a license plate or a registration sticker, the police department shall tow or cause to be towed such motor vehicle. � 2.
