Summary

This bill requires the Mayor’s Office to End Domestic and Gender Based Violence (ENDGBV) to conduct outreach to cosmetologists that includes: trainings, an online toolkit to help the cosmetology community recognize potential signs of domestic violence in their clients, and information about resources for survivors across the five boroughs.
