Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. The department of health and mental hygiene shall develop a plan to eliminate viral hepatitis in New York city by the year 2030. Such plan shall be submitted to the speaker of the council within one year of the effective date of this local law. � 2. This local law takes effect 60 days after it becomes law, and is deemed repealed after the submission of the report required pursuant to this local law. ZH LS #10628 8/14/19 1 1
