Summary
This bill would remove the requirement for owners of buildings greater than six stories in height to submit a façade inspection report to the Department of Buildings. This bill would instead require such building owners and registered design professionals to keep written records of façade inspections, and to make them available to the Department of Buildings for review upon request.
