Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Article 103 of chapter 1 of title 28 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 28-103.38 to read as follows: � 28-103.38 Assistance and outreach. The department shall establish and maintain an online technical assistance program providing outreach and guidance to building owners in complying with the requirements of Article 302 of Title 28 of the Administrative Code, and provide building owners with assistance in acquiring the services of qualified exterior wall inspectors and information on loans and financing resources. � 2.
