Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Chapter 1 of title 14 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 14-193 to read as follows: � 14-193 Police misconduct report. Within 10 days from the end of each calendar month, the commissioner shall submit to the council and the mayor, and post on the department's website, a report on the number of complaints of police misconduct, including, but not limited to, misuse of force, harassment, and use of offensive language, received by the department in the prior calendar month, disaggregated by patrol precinct. The report shall include any action taken by the department in response to each such complaint, including any resulting investigation or disciplinary action. � 2.
