Summary
This bill would require the New York City Police Department to submit to the Council a report of the total number of 311 noise complaints received each quarter, disaggregated by precinct. The Police Department would also be required to submit to the Council a report of each individual 311 noise complaint received each quarter, disaggregated by precinct and zip code.
