Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Chapter 1 of title 17 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 17-199.7 to read as follows: � 17-199.7 Consultation Reporting. No later than February 1 of each year, the department shall submit to the speaker a list of the non-governmental organizations that the department routinely consults with regarding the prevention and management of common chronic diseases, including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, stroke, cancer, obesity, and alzheimer's disease.
