Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Chapter 1 of title 17 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 17-200.1 to read as follows: � 17-200.1 Report on referrals to an assisted outpatient treatment program. a. No later than February 1, 2023, and quarterly thereafter, the commissioner shall submit to the mayor and the speaker of the council and shall post conspicuously on the department's website a report regarding the number of times any agency or hospital initiated a petition to assisted outpatient treatment pursuant to paragraph (e) of section 9.60 of the mental hygiene law. b. The report required by subdivision a of this section shall include: 1. The list of agencies and hospitals that referred any individual to an assisted outpatient treatment program; 2. The number of petitions filed and petitions granted for each entity that appears on the list required by paragraph 1 of this subdivision. � 2.
