Full text
Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section 1. Paragraph (15) of subdivision a of section 2903 of the New York city charter is amended by adding a new subparagraph (f) to read as follows:
(f) Permits issued pursuant to this paragraph shall have a term of at least 10 years from the date of issuance.
� 2. This local law takes effect 120 days after it becomes law.
