Subdivision (f) of section 24-182 of the administrative code of the city of New York, as added by local law number 58 for the year 2018, is amended to read as follows: (f) [On or before January 1, 2019, the] The department shall publish on the city's website information related to best practices for filing citizen complaints pursuant to this section. Such information shall include but need not be limited to guidance on procedures for filing such complaints and for gathering supporting documentation. The department shall make the contents of such website, and every other website, portal, or other resource maintained in furtherance of the citizen's complaint program established pursuant to this section, available in each of the designated citywide languages, as defined in subdivision a of section 23-1101. � 2.
