Summary
This bill would require that the 311 Customer Service Center, in consultation with the Office of Cyber Command and the Chief Privacy Officer, provide an opportunity for 311 users to consent to sharing their personal contact information with the Council Member representing the area that is the subject of the 311 complaint, in order to follow up on 311 complaints.
