Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Section 831 of chapter 36 of the New York city charter, as amended by local law number 59 for the year 1996, is amended by adding a new subdivision e to read as follows: e. All requirements under this chapter applicable to minority groups, including reporting requirements, shall include but not be limited to sexual orientation and gender identity minority groups. � 2.
