Summary
This bill would require the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) to annually report on training provided to employees of DOHMH who inspect child care programs, including the types of child care-related training they are required to take, how often each training is required or made available to them, the percentage of inspectors who took the required trainings during the relevant reporting period, a description of any additional training topics, including those based on recommendations from inspectors and any other relevant sources, as well as any other information DOHMH deems relevant.
