Summary
This bill would require the Department of Social Services (DSS) to provide confirmation notice in hard copy or electronically to applicants of public assistance regarding their benefits interview. The notice would include a confirmation number, the date, time and location of the interview, the phone number from which the interview was conducted if the interview is via telephone, and any other relevant information.
