RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR OF LISA GARCIA AS A MEMBER OF THE NEW YORK CITY LAND BANK.

RESOLVED, Pursuant to Local Law 56 of 2026, the Council hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Lisa Garcia as a member of the New York City Land Bank to serve a four-year term that will expire on September 9, 2030.
