RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR OF DAVE CHOKSHI AS A MEMBER OF THE NEW YORK CITY BOARD OF HEALTH.

RESOLVED, Pursuant to Section 31 of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Dave Chokshi as a member of the New York City Board of Health to serve the remainder of a six-year term that will expire on May 31, 2030.
