RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR OF JOHN MANGIN AS THE CHAIR OF THE NEW YORK CITY BOARD OF STANDARDS AND APPEALS.

RESOLVED, Pursuant to Section 31 of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of John Mangin as the Chair of the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals to serve the remainder of a six-year term that will expire on October 6, 2027.
