Summary
In an effort to improve the level of service provided at social services centers, this bill requires the Human Rights Administration/Department of Social Services to conduct customer service and professionalism training for all employees that interact with members of the public and work in Job Centers or Supplement Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Centers, where individuals may apply for public assistance benefits.
